TEAM: Our company has a supervisor who makes occasional visits to the houses to maintain the quality of cleanliness. The visits are made during our appointment. We will also always try to keep the same team cleaning your house but if by chance the cleaner is not available that day and time, we will contact you to see if you would like to schedule another team or reschedule the cleaning.
FEEDBACK: We will wait for your feedback until 48h for the first cleaning and for regular cleaning until 24h. If something needs to be redone please let us know and we will reschedule the team to redo that at no extra cost to you. We understand that cleaning is our responsibility and service but sometimes customers like things done in a certain way, so your feedback is important to us so we can improve our services.

KEY: If you are not at home at the beginning or end of cleaning, please inform the location of the key if there is a particular way to enter the house or if you want the house to be locked up in a particular way.
If there is a lockbox please inform us of the location or we can also keep a copy of your house key. This will be tagged with a business ID, without identifying your home or address.

CANCELATION POLICY: Please know any cancellations, rescheduling, or specific time requests must be made by phone message +61 416471400 or email info@choicevcleaning.com by 10:00 am the last business day prior to the scheduled appointment. We do charge a late cancellation fee of half the cost of the cleaning for all cancellations made after this time as we still have to pay our staff if someone cancels late. Please we kindly ask do not wait until you are alerted of your time for your appointment and then request a time change, as any changes in time made after notifications are received will affect another valued client. We are happy to work with any time constraints as long as we are notified by 10:00 am the last business day prior to the scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

CLEANING PRODUCTS: If you or someone at the location that requires cleaning are allergic to any products or smell, or do not like something being used i.e: bleach, please let us know. We supply all material, but we can also use your vacuum, mop or specific products if you prefer.

SCHEDULE TIME: You will receive a message the day before at 2:00pm confirming the time of the appointment. Sometimes the scheduled time can be earlier/later by 10/20 minutes due to traffic. We will keep you informed if we take longer than that.
